It is known that cobalt is something an individual regularly consumes from the dietary intakes. It is nearly 280 μg per day cobalt that we devour which, in turn, gets excreted from our body in the form of urine or faeces.

Preparation: Patient Should Avoid Mineral Supplements, Vitamin B12 Or Vitamin B Complex 3 Days Prior To Specimen Collection. If Gadolinium Or Iodine Containing Contrast Media Has Been Administered, The Specimen Should Not Be Collected For 96 Hours.
